    This interactive session provided insights into the 'why' behind exceptional service and aimed to elevate the standard of hospitality our members offer.

    Led by Kennon Wolff, Service Excellence Manager at the Hotels of the Disneyland Resort, attendees learned how to drive service excellence that transcends expectations and leaves a lasting impact on guests. With his extensive experience and expertise, Kennon delivered an engaging and educational experience for all.

  • Active Shooter Training

    OCHLA was proud to partner with the Anaheim Police Department to host an informative, active shooter training session for our members and their employees. The session, facilitated by the Anaheim Police Department, provided critical insights and practical strategies to enhance workplace safety and preparedness.

  • CPR Certification for Hotel Staff

    AOCHLA Members are invited to get ahead of CPR certification requirements for your team! In partnership with the Anaheim Marriott, we’re proud to offer American Heart Association Adult & Child First Aid and CPR/AED certification courses exclusively for AOCHLA members and their staff.
